Paan Bar
Banarasi Bonbon
Kolkata Bonbon
ACT 1 — The Prelude
Paan Bar

Inspired by “Meetha Paan”, the Paan Bar reimagines the ceremony of sharing it at the end of a gathering, through layered chocolate and cooling aromatics.

Inside the Paan

Fresh betel leaf ganache interplays with floral rose preserve ganache, unfolding into cooling fennel, delicate rose petals, and a lingering finish of sweet spice.

ACT 2 — The Poetry of Banaras
Banarasi Bonbon

Inspired by “Banarasi Paan”, this bonbon draws from that sweeter & nostalgic expression of Paan.

Inside the Paan

Rose-rich gulkand, a traditional rose preserve, rolled with coconut and jeweled candied fruit, a delicate crunch inside a chocolate cage.

ACT 3 — The Opulence of Kolkata
Kolkata Bonbon

Inspired by “Kolkata Paan”, this bonbon draws from the bold yet refined flavor, leaving behind a warmth that stays long after the final bite.

Inside the Paan

Saffron and coconut unfold through cashews, almond slivers, and pistachios inside a white chocolate shell with delicate crunch and cooling paan aromatics.

It’s amazing that they get such big flavors into a small bar.

This chocolate is on an entirely different level! The richness, the smoothness, and the unique taste of inner almond, and coconut, just is decadent. Extraordinary!

Delicious. Might just be because we’re not used to Indian flavors, but my wife and I would have liked more of a saffron flavor coming through the Kolkata Bonbon. She wasn’t sure of the Paan Bar, but that flavor grew on her, and me. Our favorite was the Banarasi Bonbon, very strong flavor to stand up to the Betel leaf and other flavors found in the Paan Bar. Overall, a very good glimpse into the flavors of India outside the typical restaurant mainstays. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing and unique flavors beautifully displayed. I feel as if I am eating art. The story of the different flavors is also lovely and another reason I so enjoy these chocolates.

This chocolate box was exquisite. The flavors of Paan were very distinct and perfectly balanced - not overpowering to mask the chocolate, but just enough to taste every ingredient in the chocolate. Excellent chocolates.

The Paan Ceremony from Indya Chocolates was such a beautiful experience. It’s incredibly thoughtful and unique — the flavors are distinctly Indian without feeling overly sweet or heavy, and the presentation makes the whole thing feel special and celebratory. You can tell there is so much intention behind every detail. It’s the kind of gift or experience that feels elevated, memorable, and deeply connected to our culture. I absolutely loved it and would order it again in a heartbeat.
